Searching for happiness

Everyone and everything wants to be happy. A chicken has it's own happiness.... to run around outside, eat well and have the company of other chickens... a plant will turn itself and grow towards the sun... a cat will luxuriate in the sofness of your bed, knowing she is safe, warm and well fed. Everyone wants to be happy.

Humans really want to be happy. A new car, a new job, a bigger house... always looking for something external to give them the illusion of happiness. People even expect their spouses to make them happy. But according to yoga, happiness is already within you. Nobody can make you happy because you are already happy -- it's inside of you.
