Kristina Lanuza is my lovely, amazing friend and fellow yoga teacher.

Her website has amazing links and tons of great information ! Look for her teaching schedule (she teaches somewhere everyday !!! ) and try to participate in one of her classes. I've heard she breaks out in song in the middle of teaching !

And you may recognize her from Kirtan --- she has an angelic voice and she sings with Kamaniya and many other Kirtan artists. She even has her own CD !
