Vegetarian restaurants

Here are another 2 vegetarian restaurants you can try. They are vegan (no animal products at all = no meat, no eggs, no dairy). The point is, try these places out -- see how fabulously delicious and exciting vegetarian eating can be, and then you can think about working more "meat-free" meals into your routine.

Angelica's is a pretty place, even though they call it a "kitchen".

Angelica's Kitchen 300 E 12th Street NYC (between 1st and 2nd Ave)
212 228-2909

Then you can go hang out in the East Village.

My lovely friend Kamaniya (you know her as the Kirtan Godess ) recommends the Wild Ginger Cafe at 380 Broome St ( Btwn Mott and Mulberry Street - in the Chinatown area)
(212) 966-1883 . Kamaniya says the Pan-Asian cuisine is delicious !

This is all so cool. I love New York.
